 Cancellation & No Show Policy

A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. You will receive a reminder email notification 48 hours and 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment without giving the required 24 hours notice, a $10.00 cancellation/no show fee will be charged to your card on file. If there is no card on file or payment is unsuccessful, you will be required to pay the cancellation/no show fee, before you can reschedule your next session.
